Annual Salary:
Market Factor or Tenure Track. Tenure Track salary placement is determined using the CSN Academic Faculty Schedule (maximum 10 years experience). Based on the total years of prior teaching experience, the maximum step placement is 7 on the Academic Salary Schedule.

Job Description
This position is open until filled. Application review will commence on 11/01/12. For full consideration please ensure all application related material is submitted no later than 10/31/12.
1. Responsible for coordination of OB/Gyn concentraion. 2. Work closely with the Sonography Program Director to ensure the program provides optimal results for the needs of students. 3. Advise students as needed. 4. Instruct didactic and scanning lab courses as assigned by the program director. 5. Maintain student records; ie, grades,attendance, exams, assignments, competencies, etc. 6. Maintain current knowledge of sonographic and/or other noninvasive diagnostic techniques and methodology through continuing professional development. 7. Participate in program, department, school and college-wide committees.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited College or University OR an Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited College or University and be willing to complete a Bachelor's degree within 3 years of employment.
Must be a current ARDMS credentialed sonographer in OB/Gyn and Abdomen.
Must have the equivalent of two years full-time professional experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer.

Preferred Qualifications
Current ARDMS credential in Vascular Technology.
Previous teaching experience in sonography.
