Customer Service [Vietnam]


 

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive customers enquiries from MKT team and then based on their needs, make a deeper consultation with those international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations,...) on company's services related to start-up, bank account,...via chatbox, email, phone call by English
  • Proceed customer orders as company's process (This task will be trained later)
  • Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are delivered on time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of English Linguistics, Economics, Banking,... (no required experience)
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
  • Have basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
  • Be flexible, dynamic, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  • Salary Range: 9.000.000 - 12.000.000 VND + Bonus
  • Working hours (7h/day): Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:30)
  • Salary review: 2 times/year
