Information Technology Officer

Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
Provide technical support for computer software and hardware issues.
Set up new computers, internet, email for new users.
Resolve all technical issues with CRM usage and other platforms.

Hardware and software skills
Knowledge of current trends in information technology
Ability to troubleshoot and meet deadlines
Good communication and organizational skills
BSc/HND Computer science with at least two years experience.
