Responsibilities
- Liaise with QHSE Superintendents with vessel operations, reviewing & maintaining QHSE related documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of operational records and voyage documents.
- Arrange audit & inspections in a timely manner which ensure client satisfaction and compliance with company goals and missions.
- Manage upkeep of the Crisis control center. Maintain emergency contact file and relevant records.
- Ensure Ship Masters send completed risk assessments every month.
- Assist Superintendents with the production of vessel technical, operational, running cost and performance tracking functions.
- Carry out research and investigations into project matters as directed by the Superintendent / Manager.
Desired candidate profile
- 1 year work experience in a Shipping Company
- Past seafaring experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate must be a resident within EU with a valid residence permit
