Your Role
You will maintain excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement and the prompt resolution of issues. This is onsite role and you will report to Contract Logistics Administration ManagerYour Responsibilities

- You will assist customers by phone, email, and fax regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing.
- Compile, sort, and verify whether data is accurate before order entry and solve potential problems or discrepancies
- You will investigate overdue, damaged shipments/shortages in shipments for customers and common carriers.
- You will analyze complaints concerning billing or service rendered
- You will refer complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation, updating customers
Your Skills and Experiences
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- 2 years of customer service experience
