Overview:Onboarding Specialists provide support to new hires from offer acceptance to their first day with Mercy. They assist in investigating problems and questions relating to pre-employment and onboarding components.
They are responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience to new hires with:
- Knowledgeable communication of pre-employment requirements

Coordination and verification of prehire compliance components
- Criminal background check review
- License and Certification Verification
- Education Verification
- Other projects as required
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience required
- Required Education: High School or equivalent required
- Preferred Education: Associates or Bachelors
- Certifications: HR certifications a plus (HR, SHRM-CP)
- Other: Exquisite attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills required
