Maxim Staffing Solutions is partnering with a local Reno Hospital in efforts to provide need! ed care to discharged patients within their homes. There are currently 3 open positions and we are looking for people who can start as soon as possible. Each nurse is expected to make anywhere from 5-8 visits per day patients and provide care based off of doctors orders.

Any interested candidates must have at least 1 year experience, preferably within a home health setting but HH experience is not required. Case specific training is available for any interested nurses who want additional orientation. All applicants must have an active Nevada LVN/LPN license and a current CPR card. Pay is competitive and mileage can be compensated.

Responsibilities ! include:

• Utilizes the nursing process to asse! ss, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patients needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications include:

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License.
• Full command, verbal and written, of the English language.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience Preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Successful completion of the screening tests
